What Is VA Community Care in Missoula MT?

The Veterans Affairs (VA) Community Care Program allows eligible Veterans to receive health care from approved local providers—outside the VA system—when certain conditions are met. This care is provided on behalf of and paid for by the VA.

• The services you need are not available at a nearby VA facility
• You live too far from the nearest VA provider
• Your VA care provider refers you for specialized treatment
• You face excessive wait times for appointments

   Our office will work directly with the VA to submit an authorization request for care in the community. This authorization must be approved before your first visit.
3. Talk to Your VA Primary Care Provider and Care Team
   Let your VA provider know you’re interested in receiving a chiropractic consult through community care at Precision Chiropractic.
4. Schedule Your Appointment
